When you have a toothache, you\u00a0see a dentist. But what do you do when you feel\u00a0overwhelmed? Usually people speak to a friend, a partner, a parent, etc. That\u2019s great, but these are usually bandage solutions. A life coach, on the other hand, is a non-judgemental, supportive, encouraging and motivating individual who is solely dedicated to you.<\/p>\n Life coaching is also practical; all sessions can be done over the phone.<\/p>\n In life coaching, I work with my clients to identify their purpose, set achievable goals and develop solid action plans that lead to meaningful outcomes. At every step of the way, I provide sincere support and encouragement, and empower my clients with tools and techniques that are proven to produce mind-blowing results.<\/p>\n As for conflict resolution, I provide two separate services. As a conflict management coach I help my clients analyze and manage their conflicts in an informed confident manner, and as an unbiased third-party mediator I help both disputing parties reach mutually satisfying agreements.<\/p>\n Over the last few years, I researched, studied and utilized different models, processes and systems. I then took the best practices of each, and enhanced them with observations from my own professional experiences in project management, strategic planning, performance measurement, change management and effective team leadership.
